I dont know what I will do, but if it can be anything, then wow.
I made some phone calls talked to Kroll, talked to Samberg, she said.

Ive known them forever, and you could get as much advice as you could.

Her formerParks & Recreationco-star Amy Poehler, a three-time veteran ofco-hosting the Golden Globes.
Shes just very great at having perspective on it and saying to me, Dont follow that weird idea.
Just your instincts are right.
Theyve all been really helpful, but its unique to whoevers doing it, she added.
Its like, I cant do what Samberg did.
I cant do what Kroll and Mulaney did I mean, they have a whole shtick together.
Despite herdeadpan comedic sensibility, Plaza admits shes a traditionalist when it comes to awards hosts.
As a result, shes a little dubious about the Academy Awards going hostless this year.
I guess I have a more old-school kind of attitude about it, she said.
Have someone connect with the audience and guide you through this show.
Im not interested in self-driving vehicles, she said.
I want a human being there to give me a little something extra.
If and when the Academy getsback in the host market, Plaza said shes listening.
I never thought of myself as a host until now, Im hosting, she admitted.
