The joke is on Jackson (and, implicitly, on Ansari and his own misconduct allegations).

In Chappelles hands, that line goes, Youre 15?

The joke, such as it is, lands on the 15-year-old would-be victim.

But that hour also demonstrated something that felt in short supply in the first hour.
