R. Kelly is once again officially facing criminal charges forhis decades of alleged sexual abuse.
Kelly will turn himself in and appear for a bond hearing on Saturday afternoon, she said.
He is also scheduled to appear in court on March 8.
These cases of sexual abuse allegedly occurred between May 1998 and January 2010, respectively.
As many as a dozen women reportedly testified before a grand jury.
Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 3 to 7 years in prison.
TMZ reports that the tape led to the charges.
In 2002, Kelly was charged with 21 counts of child pornography but was ultimately acquitted.
