Shangela is becoming the lip-syncer to book for awards shows!

First her medley at theFilm Independent Spirit Awards, and now a tribute to Beyonce at the GLAAD Awards.

Bey and Jay were being given the Vanguard Award by GLAAD for promoting acceptance of LGBTQ people.

In tribute, Shangela had the audacity to perform Beyonce for Yonce herself.

And it paid off!

Shangela received a standing ovation, and blew up on Twitter.
