7.Paper Tiger, Bill Burr
I truly thought I was going to loathePaper Tiger.
It presents as big and loud and mad, and is really remarkably deft.
6.No One Loves You, Roy Wood Jr. Its so much more than that, though.
Okay, sure, youre still doing it.
Yep, there it is again.
By the time youre on to variation six or maybe ten the feeling shifts.
The theme itself starts to shift, its contours become more meaningful, take on more depth.
This is howNikki Glasersspecial works, and the theme and variations are an entire hour of sex jokes.
3.The New One, Mike Birbiglia
An unendingly lovely and poignant piece of storytelling.
Its a glorious piece of comedy.
ButLive in Crenshawis particularly stunning as a recorded document of a live event.
