March 5: 6ix9ine is arrested and charged with the use of a child in a sexual performance.
October 22:6ix9ine pleads guilty to one felony count of use of a child in a sexual performance.
He is also required to obtain his GED and stay out of criminal trouble for two years.
District attorneys are now arguing he has violated the latter two requirements.
