What were your first impressions ofCrownAnne when you became involved in the show?
Were you expecting someone more prim and proper?I had zero preconceptions about her.
Luckily, theres a lot of footage out there, and thats what I based her on.
Theres one particular interview of her with Michael Parkinson that I watched on repeat.
Shes also very funny she has an amazingly sharp wit that I feel tells you so much about her.
Shes a breath of fresh air and it was such a joy to play her.
What is it about Anne that makes her a rock star?Definitely her fashion.
Shes amazingly fashionable, and thats the way she felt she could express herself.
Her clothes were amassiveway of doing that.
Shes a rock star in the sense she was committed to telling people what she thinks.

Ive learned so much from her through that characteristic.
Thats such an important place to be.
Ultimately, you end up shooting yourself in the foot if youre not honest.

So, I really do think it comes from her mom.
The dynamics of that family is just fascinating.
I dont think any other family in the world is that interesting.
